Understanding and experience in Architectural Millwork/Casegoods:
• BS Degree a big plus, but will consider experience
• At least 7 years experience.
• Manufacturing/construction understanding because their product interacts and is integrated with other trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Previous AutoCAD experience (has used it in the capacity of drafting/designing for at least a few years).
• Leadership ability to motivate others and gain the support of a team.

• Previous experience interfacing and working with Architects.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are actively recruiting an Engineering Manager for an excellent company in China. They will consider a contract or permanent Manager for this position.

We are looking for someone with experience from the U.S. and China.

The suitable candidate for the position must be very strong Lean Manufacturing Practices, Throughput, Quality Control, etc. (Any and all World Class Manufacturing experience is a big plus.)

The right candidate would have to have all the normal attributes and skills of a good Engineering Manager but Chinese business requires some additional skills. With that in mind, exposure or experience working in China would again be a plus.

Experience in High End Architectural Woodwork/Millwork, Store Fixtures and/or Cabinets a must.

Experience with ISO9000, AutoCAD, 3d Solidworks, CNC, and other World Class Manufacturing Process a big plus.
