Director or Engineering/ Manager
We have an excellent company seeking a Director or Engineering/ Manager (Architectural Millwork/Casegoods). This is one of the top companies in the U.S. and a great place to work. Excellent location in warmer climate. Salary + Bonus is total open for the right candidate. (Commensurate with experience.)
Understanding and experience in Architectural Millwork/Casegoods:
• BS Degree a big plus, but will consider experience
• At least 7 years experience.
• Manufacturing/construction understanding because their product interacts and is integrated with other trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Previous AutoCAD experience (has used it in the capacity of drafting/designing for at least a few years).
• Leadership ability to motivate others and gain the support of a team.
• Ability to delegate work and ensure team delivers on commitments/goals.
• Previous experience interfacing and working with Architects.
• Well organized.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstration of independent thinking ability.
• Takes ownership of wins and loses.
• Excellent People/Team Building skills
