Finish Manager
China

We are actively recruiting a Finish Manager for an excellent company in China.
They will consider a contract or permanent Manager for this position.
Experience from the U.S. and China would be a plus.
They have the highest output per worker of any wood factory in China and are recognized as the industry leader. They provide for the world’s top retailers.
Equipment includes:
-2 Cefla robotic spray lines. 1 for UV 1 for high gloss PU and PE.
-1 programmable cart line paint system with halogen programmable ovens with RFID chips interface to read the product and set the oven heat cycles plus cart speed etc.
-Veneer line with Heeseman sanders, Kuper splicer.
-Automatic Sorbina sanding in paint line
-FSC certified since 2005
The suitable candidate for the position must be very strong Manufacturing Process and Practices, Throughput, Quality Control, etc. (Any and all World Class Manufacturing experience is a big plus.)
The right candidate would have to have all the normal attributes and skills of a good Finish Manager, but Chinese business requires some additional skills. With that is mind, exposure or experience working in China would again be a plus.
Experience in High End Architectural Woodwork/ Millwork, Store Fixtures and/or Cabinets a must.
Experience with ISO9000 and other World Class Manufacturing Process a big plus.
First interview via Skype and then a fly out for qualified candidates for a one or two week process.
