Plant Manager – Saw Mill (Immediate Need)

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the position of Plant Manager for an outstanding profitable, growing company in the upper Midwest. We are looking for demonstrated leadership/ management/ administrative skills and success in a primary wood manufacturing environment. (Must have Saw Mill Management background.) Will report to the President and have full responsibility for this plant of about 50 employees. This is an optimized Hardwood Sawmill, no kilns, and the main specie is Hard Maple.
Should have:
-Extensive Saw Mill experience
-Significant Production Management and Lumbering Experience
-Excellent Leadership skills a must
-Lumber grading skills
There is plenty of upward opportunity from this position so the company will look at all levels of candidates and plant size experience.
