Plant Manager (Wood Store Fixtures)
Upper Midwest
Salary is commensurate with experience
Excellent growing, prosperous company on the fast track.
Will report directly to the President, have full responsibility for all Manufacturing, oversee 50 hourly employees on two shifts, and 3 Supervisors for this “high volume” Wood Store Fixture Manufacturer.
• Must have hands on experience as a Manager for a Wood Store Fixture Manufacturer.
• Should have 5+ years as a supervisor and 7+ years overall in a Wood Store Fixture Manufacturing environment.
• Should have experience in most Wood Manufacturing equipment and materials including: CNC Point to Point, MDF, Melamine, Solids, Plywood, Chop, Moulders, Double End Tennoners, Saws, etc. and Numerous Wood Species.
• The successful candidate will be a real “go getter” that can make things happen without a lot of direction.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
