Project Manager
Salary: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00

Position Summary:
Function as company liaison to dealers and design and architectural firms. Coordinates and facilitates internally project team to maintain and adhere to project timeline and budget.
Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and communicate project scope to internal team
•Create and implement project timeline reflecting critical milestone dates
•Provide timely updates to client through detailed correspondence and communication
•Assist with prioritizing Drafting and Engineering schedules
•Request and submit material samples
•Submit shop drawings for approval
•Review all changes reflected in redlined shop drawings and provide change orders where applicable
•Review project progress with team on a regular basis and advise client of any changes or needed adjustment
•Coordinate installation with dealer and/or contracted installation company
•Confirm site readiness and delivery schedule
•Facilitate needed shipping via common carrier or non-dedicated truck
•Address punch list items
•Point person for any future warranty items
•Customer advocate within company to continuously raise customer issues to resolve
•Inform internal departments when they are falling behind schedule
•Other duties as assigned
•Keep customer ship dates in front of all involved
