Wood Mill Manager
China
Excellent salary and benefit package
All Expenses Paid (Lodging, Travel, etc.)
Should come from Store Fixtures or Architectural Woodwork Manufacturing.
Must come from High Volume High / Tech environment.
Kitchen Cabinets Manufacturing would be too low level.
Looking for Large Plant experience with many CNC’s, SolidWood, Veneer, etc.
Will Supervise hourly employees and report to the Plant Manager.
Excellent prosperous company with a path to advancement.
Must have hands on experience as a Supervisor/Manager of a Mill for a Woodworking Manufacturer. (Store Fixtures or Architectural Woodwork/Millwork,etc.)
The successful candidate will hopefully have 3+ years as a supervisor and 5+ years overall in Wood Manufacturing environment.
Experience with Woodworking Machinery a must: CNC routers, dual head, CNC Biesse Point to point, CNC Programmable v Groover, CNC Selco panel saws, Veneer line with Heeseman sanders, Kuper splicer.
3d Solidworks based engineering experience a plus.
Strong Lean Manufacturing Practices, Throughput, Quality Control, etc. (Any and all World Class Manufacturing experience is a big plus.)
Experience with ISO9000 a plus.
