2 Territory Managers - Outside Sales Custom Cabinet Components Indiana and Kansas Salary: 50-60K base + commission (Commensurate with experience) Total compensation 90-100K+ This Wood Products Company is a leading manufacturer of custom cabinet components, serving the cabinet manufacturing industry, offering a robust line of options to meet every design. SUMMARY With the expansion of our business into a new region of the country, our client is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, assertive and organized sales professional to join our growing team as a Territory Manager. Their current opportunities include the states surrounding Indiana and Kansas manufacturing locations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Exceed targeted revenue growth and profitability goals. Prospect and close new account opportunities. Service and grow existing business with small, medium and large cabinet manufacturers. Provide product information, training and support to potential customers. Maintain up-to-date CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and territory planning and performance reporting. Proactively provide feedback to manufacturing as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS A minimum of 2-5 years cabinet component, wood products and/or related industry sales experience preferred but not required. Excellent interpersonal/communication/problem solving skills (both verbal and written). Above average organizational skills and accurate prioritization abilities. Experience calling on cabinet manufacturers a plus. Documented successful sales track record. Strong independent work ethic and customer service focus while managing multiple tasks. Willingness to positively take on new challenges in a fast paced and changing business environment. Proficient in MS Office. Minimal overnight travel.
